Gingerbread House Competition: Teen

Les maisons de pain d'epices sont reparties dans tout l'hotel. Nous sommes arrives par "la porte de derriere" et on a vu la plupart dans l'Atrium de l'Aile Vanderbilt (7e etage). En effet c'est la que sont exposes les maisons n'ayant rien gagne.

The gingerbread houses are spread throughout the hotl. We arrived by the "back door" and we saw most of them in the Atrium of the Vanderbilt Wing (7th floor). Indeed that's where all the gingerbread house that did not win a prize were exibited. Voici maintenant les creations des adolescents. Avec une maison de montagne en "bois de pretzel"
Here is the teen category with a "pretzel wood" log cabin. Dans les dix premiers il y avait cette maison dont l'arriere ouvert permettait d'admirer des details, mais c'est les fleurs de lys qui ont attire mon attention.

In the top ten, there was this house, from the back you could admire details as it was opened, but it's the Fleur de Lys that caught my attention.
La deuxieme place a ete prise par ce joli moulin a vent qui m'a rappelle les quelques jours passes aux Pays-Bas il y a bien longtemps... J'adore le detail des champs de tulipes.

The second place was taken by this lovely windmill, reminding me of the days spent in the Netherlands a long time ago... I love the detail of the tulip fields. Le grand gagnant des adolescents est Santa's Mountain Music and Dance qui me rappelle le marche couvert d'Auvillar en Midi-Pyrenees.

The first prize in the teens category is Santa's Mountain Music and Dance which reminds me of Auvillar's covered market place in Midi-Pyrenees, France..Et vous vous auriez vote pour lequel?
