When clients think we're their parents
L'autre jour j'acceuillait un client d'une soixantaine d'annees a la reception. Je lui donne ses clefs et tout et tout, il me dit qu'il a une reservation pour le the de l'apres-midi et je lui dis ou ca se trouve.
Avant de partir le client se tourne vers moi et demande:
"Je peux me changer avant d'aller prendre le the?"
"Ben oui Mr, votre chambre est prete". Que repondre de plus?
The other day I was checking in a client in his sixties at the front desk. I gave him his keys and everything, he tells me he has a reservation for the afternoon tea so I tell him where it's located.
Before leaving the client turns to me and asks:
"Can I change before I go have tea?"
"Well yes, your room is ready". What else to answer to that?
Yes sir, let me check in your suitcase what you should wear :D
